Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No registration is required. First doses of the Pfizer vaccine will be given at these events only. Please visit centrastate.com/forms to print and complete paperwork prior to arrival.
The date of a second dose will be three weeks after the first dose is administered. The exact date will be provided to you at the first dose walk-in event. Please plan to arrive for your second dose at the same time you arrived for your first dose.
